Not only can we track the commissioning process and report progress with achieved acceptance criteria, we can compile all the O&M and Training requirements so that the transition and handover to FM agents is smooth and efficient.

We can advise what should be incorporated into O&M Manuals for any project including the number of volumes required, the relevant drawings, T&C reports and certain manufacturers information. All O&M Manuals and associated documents follow best practice guidance as issued by BSRIA, CIBSE and ASHRE.

We are specialists with trouble shooting badly performing buildings. We can analyse the controls as well as check air and water volumes to see what may be causing problems.

We carry out condition audits for Clients who wish to understand remaining life expectancy of main plant and equipment. The same audits can be used to monitor the effectiveness and value of FM contractors who may be engaged.
